TERMS OF DELIVERY

The lamps are being handcraft-produced, which takes a certain amount of time.

The lamps are being delivered without bulbs.

The installation of the lamps is the responsibility of the customer.

For orders exceeding CHF 1000.-- a deposit of 50%

of the invoice amount is required.

Delivery usually takes place within 7 days by post.

Depending on the volume, additional costs may apply.

For orders outside Switzerland and the EU, production and delivery will only take place after we receive the payment of the full invoice amount.
