DELIVERY CONDITIONS

The lights are handcrafted, which takes some time. The lights are delivered without bulbs. Installation of the lights is the responsibility of the customer.

SWITZERLAND

For orders totaling CHF 1,000.00 or more, payment of the full invoice amount is required in advance. Delivery is usually within 7 days by mail. Additional charges may apply depending on the volume.

EU

For orders exceeding CHF 1000.00, advance payment of the full invoice amount is required.

Delivery usually takes 7–21 days by mail. Additional charges may apply depending on the volume.

OTHER COUNTRIES

For orders outside Switzerland and the EU, production and delivery will only take place after receipt of the full invoice amount.
